Instructions, fascia gutters for all four sides, 3″ x 12″ wide flat pans, corners, screws, sealant, scuppers, beam (size determined by load requirements), posts (number determined by load requirements and beam size), top brackets, and fastener bars. Your support posts will be supplied with bottom brackets if they are to be attached to an existing deck or cement slab.
Remember, the manufacturer reserves the right to send longer/wider than ordered material. As a DIY application the DIY customer will make the final cuts on site in order to achieve the desired finished size.
