"WeatherGuard" Structural Insulated Roof: 16' x 20' (White)
Using 6″ thick insulated panels (1.5 lb. Density foam with a .024″ laminated aluminum skin), includes all panels (White), rear hanger channel (Almond), extruded aluminum drip edge fascia (Almond), screws & sealant. Roof installation pitches at 1/2″ per foot of projection. Panels will span 16’3″ under 30 psf / 90 mph loading.

The insulated core sections are in place and can be trimmed on site by the customer to accommodate exact sizes for each section, slopes, and non-square corners. Installation includes 6 electrical utility mullions.

(4) x 4′ wide panels will be supplied. (1) fan beam will be installed in the center length of (1) 4′ wide panel. The customer will rip a non-fan beam panel in half for placement on each end of the installation, centering the fan beam panel. The customer will determine the finished width of the roof by trimming back the 2′ wide sections. Roof installation pitches at 1/2″ per foot of projection. Quote includes 1 downspout assembly. Panels will span 15’6″ under 15 psf / 100 mph loading.
