The WeatherGuard structural insulated roof system is C-Thru’s exclusive roof system, and we manufacture our roof panels on the premises. This patented roof-lock system is available in a 1.5 lb. 3″ thick, 4″ thick, and 6″ thick EPS core panels. ALL panels come 4′ wide. The insulated roof panels serve three ultimate purposes…

The fan beam will support up to a 30lb fan installation. The combination of the fan beam and the fan’s weight slightly reduces the load capacity of the individual panel.
C-Thru’s roof has a patented snap locking system (joining the roof panels together), eliminating exposed screws and unattractive obstructions in the ceiling. Our exclusive, patented snap-locking system, designed with internal weep channels, helps prevent unwanted water from leaking into your room. Making it hands down the industry’s most state-of-the-art system.
C-Thru’s patented solid insulated roof system is highly insulated, strong enough to walk on, and very low maintenance. Our heavy-duty extruded aluminum gutter is standard!
