‘Dual thermal’ vinyl clad 4″ thick walls (White Framing) | Extruded aluminum structural framing with TuffCore vinyl coated polystyrene core insulated filler sections | Almond pebble finish inside & Almond pebble finish outside. The insulated core sections are in place so as to be trimmed on site, by the customer, to accommodate exact sizes for each section, slopes, and non-square corners. Includes (1) electrical utility mullion

Vinyl windows constructed with 3 ¼” thick framing, dual cam locks & our EZ Glide Quad Roller system.

Doors
Standard Pedestrian Swing doors are 1-3/4” thick and come standard with nickel-plated hardware and continuous Q-lon weather stripping around the door jamb and threshold
- (1) 36″ wide x 80″ high pedestrian door | 1” Sealed Double Pane Low E Glass
*As a DIY application, the customer should expect to be making final cuts for roof panel sizes, module heights, channel lengths, EPS Core fill sections, side fascia, backwall C channel, and front gutter lengths on site. Connection hardware to existing surfaces (house wall, fascia board, deck, patio) supplied by the customer.
