DURALite Glass

Standard installation comes with solid EPS core paneling (TuffCore Vinyl skin) both above and below windows and doors (colors & finishes shown below).
As an option all Alpha Plus Wall Systems can have either a 12”or 24” single or double Duralite Glass kickplate and / or transom. All Alpha Plus glass transoms and kick-plates will come pre-assembled and shipped in place in the module.
The Duralite Glass is a standard upgrade on all sunroom systems with single & double pane windows

Our standard configurations have the tops of all windows aligned with the tops of the door installations. All door installations are 80″ tall to the top of the door.
If you desire a glass kickplate below your windows, we will suggest 54″ tall windows with a 24″ glass kickplate underneath. This will leave a 2″ solid EPS core fill to trim the wall installation ‘level’ during the module installation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to have a glass transom above your windows and doors, you will need to have a MINIMUM finished front wall height of 8′ or more.
TuffCore Panels
Our specialized space-age vinyl is laminated, inside & outside, onto all our EPS core wall panels. This is one of the beautiful aspects of our wall systems, adding strength and a lifetime of low-maintenance durability. Durable scratch-resistant vinyl laminated on a 1.5 lb. 3.5″ thick expanded polystyrene core. The vinyl is colored all the way through. It is resistant to outdoor exposure, warping, yellowing, aging, and staining!
Available in two colors: White or Almond… and in two finishes: Pebbled or Stucco
