- 4” thick insulated panels (White)
- 1.5 lb. Density foam with a .024″ laminated aluminum skin
- Panels will span 10’14” under 40 psf / 115 mph loading.
- **Load requirement verification is customer’s responsibility
- (5) x 4′ wide panels = 20′ wide
- All panels are 10′ long (projection)
Beams & Posts
- (1) 3″ x 3″ x .125″ – 20′ extruded aluminum ‘setback’ beam | finished size cut on site by customer (if necessary) | beam placed at the 9′ mark of the projection
- (4) 3” x 3” x .125” x 8’ extruded aluminum posts | maximum spacing between posts is 6’3″ under a 40 psf / 115 mph loading
- Top and bottom post attachment brackets and hardware
Additional Parts & Hardware
- Pre-pitched (1/4” per foot of projection) thermal break extruded
aluminum “C” channel for the back wall (White) - 4.25″ tall extruded aluminum side fascia for both sides
- 4.25″ x 3″ front extruded aluminum gutter
- Screws & hardware, 5.5” lags for panel to beam connection
- Sealant, touch up paint, tar tape
- Top and bottom post attachment brackets and hardware
- Includes (2) 6 pc. downspout assemblies
Notes
- Finished roof size is 20′ wide. Finished roof width trimmed on site by customer.
- Last male lock to be trimmed off in order to install side fascia
- Finished post heights (calculated at ¼” per foot of projection | see instructions) trimmed on site by customer
- Extruded backwall channel trimmed to finished size on site by customer (if necessary)
