- 1.5 lb. Density foam with a .024″ laminated aluminum skin
- Panels will span 12’7″ under 30 psf / 115 mph loading.
- **Load requirement verification is customer’s responsibility
- (8) x 4′ wide panels = 32′ wide
- All panels are 14′ long (projection)
Beams & Posts
- (1) 3″ x 3″ x .125″ – 20′ plus (1) 3″ x 3″ x .125″ – 16′ extruded aluminum ‘setback’ beam | finished size cut on site by customer (if necessary) | spliced over 3rd post | beam placed at the 12’7″ mark of the projection
- (6) 3” x 3” x .078” x 8’ extruded aluminum posts | maximum spacing between posts is 6’2″ under a 30 psf / 115 mph loading
- Top and bottom post attachment brackets and hardware

- Pre-pitched (1/4” per foot of projection) thermal break extruded aluminum “C” channel for the back wall (White)
- 4.25″ tall extruded aluminum side fascia for both sides
- 4.25″ x 3″ front extruded aluminum gutter

- Sealant, touch up paint, tar tape

Notes
- Finished roof size is 32′ wide. Finished roof width trimmed on site by customer.
- Last male lock to be trimmed off in order to install side fascia
- Finished post heights (calculated at ¼” per foot of projection | see instructions) trimmed on site by customer
- Extruded backwall channel trimmed to finished size on site by customer (if necessary)
