If you are paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, please call us TOLL FREE anytime to place your order! You can use our handy order form (click here), to make notes on what it is you wish to purchase, and any questions you may have. Then call 1.844.404.0484 during our posted hours of operation. If you get an ongoing escalation message when you call it simply means our people are busy serving other customers just like you! Please leave a name and call back number, including area code. One of our staff will call back, usually within 1 -2 hours, depending on the time of day.
Email Us!
If paying by wire transfer or cashier's check:
Email us with your full name, shipping address and a contact telephone number (for the shipping company to call and set a delivery time). Be sure to include the description and item # or quote # of the product you wish to purchase.
We will follow up with an Order Confirmation, by email, detailing the sale and final cost including the 4% off.
WIRE TRANSFER: We will include all the necessary banking information for your bank to do the international wire transfer, in your order confirmation.
CASHIER’S CHECK: We will have our mailing address in the lower left corner. Print a copy of the order confirmation and mail it to us. We will notify you when payment is received and you will know your order has been sent to factory.
- Please note if using standard post ($1.65 Global Forever stamp) it will take 6-7 days.
- DO NOT send by registered mail. It will take upwards of 5 weeks, since registered mail goes outside of automated systems!
- You could also send by UPS or FedEx letter (about $25.00) if you wish.
Using the Order Form:
You can print our handy order form (click here), fill it out, scan and email it back to us (order@homeporchandpatiokits.com). We will process the order, send you an Order Confirmation and send the order to factory.

Don’t have time to call? Print out the order form provided (click here), fill it out, and Fax it over to us 24 hours a day, seven days a week to 1.705.259.2264. We will process the order, send you an Order Confirmation and send the order to factory. Simple!
You will find NO shopping cart on our website!
In order to ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction, we do not incorporate a shopping cart into our website. Too many of our products require a conversation. This allows for a discussion about size, construction and installation. At Home Porch and Patio Kits Inc. we feel the best sale is where both parties understand all the details of the sale. Our product lines are designed for DIY applications however this in and of itself should prompt a number of questions, from both parties! We offer several options for ordering our products which are outlined above.
